Since we focus on insuring only members of the educational community in NJ, we are able to offer special teacher insurance rates at a lower price than other companies.
Eligibility for Teachers’ Insurance
Our special rates are meant for New Jersey residents who work for or are retired from an accredited school, district or diocese, plus members of the New Jersey Parent Teacher Association (NJPTA), including:

Special services that Teachers' Insurance offers to its customers:
- First Class Roadside Assistance
This free program gives you benefits similar to other more expensive roadside services, and includes towing, tire changes, jump starts and other services. - School Zone Zero Deductibles
We will waive your comprehensive and collision deductibles for incidents that happen at school, plus up to $1,000 of coverage for school property if it is stolen from or damaged in your car. - Claim Services Options
We understand how difficult it can be after having an accident. That’s why we offer a choice of claim services: Crashbusters® vans that can come to you and Door to Door Valet Claim ServiceSM to take care of everything on your behalf.

RAISE MONEY FOR YOUR SCHOOL
Districts participating in the Teachers’ Insurance Quotes for Cash program can receive $20 when an employee calls for a free New Jersey auto insurance quote, and up to $45 if the employee buys the policy.
New Jersey Parent Teacher Association members can also raise money for the State Association and local chapters through Quotes for Cash.
