We are committed to providing you with unique educator benefits and exceptional customer care, including responsive and attentive claim service, should you ever need it. We believe that if you are a teacher, insurance is not something you should ever have to worry about.
Since we focus on insuring only members of the educational community in NJ, we are able to offer special teacher insurance rates at a lower price than other insurance companies.
Eligibility for Teachers’ Insurance
Our special rates are meant for New Jersey residents who work for or are retired from an accredited school, district or diocese, plus members of the New Jersey Parent Teacher Association (NJPTA), including:

Special services that Teachers' Insurance offers to its customers:
- First Class Roadside Assistance
This free program gives you benefits similar to other more expensive roadside services, and includes towing, tire changes, jump starts, and other services. - School Zone Zero Deductibles
We will waive your comprehensive and collision deductibles for incidents that happen at school, plus up to $1,000 of coverage for school property if it is stolen from or damaged in your automobile. - Claim Services Options
We understand how difficult it can be after having an accident. That’s why we offer a choice of claim services: Crashbusters® vans that can come to you and Door to Door Valet Claim Service® to take care of everything on your behalf.
