Pledge of Assurance®
You deserve the best care and attention from your insurance company. At Plymouth Rock Assurance, this belief is in the backbone to everything we do—from delivering quick and convenient quotes, to providing easy access to manage your policy, to offering fast and personal service when you submit a claim, and beyond. Other companies may make similar promises, but we are the only one to back up our commitment with our Pledge of Assurance.
Simply put, we put our money where our mouth is. If we ever fall short of our standards, in our opinion or yours, we’ll make a $25 contribution to your choice of one of the charities listed to the right.

We pledge to treat you with courtesy, understand that your time is valuable, and recognize that the issues you are facing may be difficult. Whatever the reason for your call, we will be as helpful as possible.
- We aim to have a friendly person answer your call promptly during business hours.
- Your questions will be answered and your matter resolved quickly and accurately.
- We will do everything possible to convey clearly what you need to know.
- If you do not get the information or help you need, you will be able to talk with a supervisor or manager for additional assistance.
- At the end of your call, we will explain what we will do next and how we will keep you informed.
Professionalism and competence are the standards we set for every aspect of our organization. We set this bar high at Plymouth Rock. To achieve it means we will have to do more. We pledge that:
- We will issue your policies and statements accurately the first time.
- We will handle any claim you have professionally and sensitively to make things as easy for you as possible.
- We will strive to perform physical damage appraisals within scheduled appointment times, and move the settlement process forward without unreasonable delays on our part.
- We will guarantee all covered repairs by approved providers for as long as you own your car.
- We will do our best for our customers, making the extra effort. After all, extra effort is essential to extraordinary service.
We stand behind the commitments we make to you in our Pledge of Assurance. More importantly, we promise to give you—our customers—the care and service you deserve.
No system is perfect, and we occasionally make mistakes. When we do, though, we honestly acknowledge and correct them. If, as a customer, you believe that we have failed to live up to our Pledge, we would like to know. If you have had a good experience, we’d like to know that too. Just call us, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
