Finding a Repair Shop
If you choose to have your car repaired at one of Plymouth Rock’s Guaranteed Repair Shops, we will guarantee the work for as long as you own or lease your car. Some of our partner shops also participate in our Door to Door Valet Claim Service®, which is available to take care of the work in coordinating your repair and rental car. If you prefer to manage the repair process yourself, our Crashbusters® mobile claim vehicles are equipped to inspect your damage at a time and place convenient to you, and in many cases even issue a claim payment on the spot.
