As we continue to grow and improve our business, we're excited to announce that we are changing our brand name to Plymouth Rock Assurance. Our insurance companies – High Point Auto Insurance, Palisades Insurance and Teachers' Insurance – have always been Plymouth Rock managed companies, so making this change has allowed us to unify our brand in New Jersey.
You will start to see our new brand name and logo on your policy documents and on other communications as our insurance companies make the transition to our new brand. Our customers can rest assured that they will continue to experience the same level of service and protection, from the same staff of dedicated service and claims professionals that they've come to expect from insurance companies.
What customers can expect:
- Your insurance will continue without interruption
- Your insurance ID card remains valid
- There will be no changes to your policy coverages
- If you have a relationship with an agent or financial professional, this will stay the same
- Your ability to manage your account online will continue
- Contact phone numbers will stay the same
- For a period of time, you may receive materials with the High Point, Palisades or Teachers' Insurance logo and name
- Future policy documents, including your insurance ID cards, will continue to show the High Point, Palisades or Teachers' Insurance underwriting company, as they do today
